Terms of Service

1. The product
Casper is a browser extension that assists with replying to chats on Snapchat Web using an AI model (Grok by xAI) provided through our service. Your license key gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Casper while you have credit.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to create and sell the content you promote. Casper is intended for adult creators communicating with adult fans.
3. Acceptable use
You are solely responsible for how you configure and use Casper, including your persona, the messages sent from your account, and the links you share. You agree that you will not use Casper to:
- communicate in a sexual or romantic way with anyone who is or may be under 18 — if there is any indication of a minor, stop the conversation;
- disable, bypass or override the HOLD safety system for possible minors;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scams, or misleading claims about payments, refunds or services;
- harass, threaten or exploit anyone, or ignore someone who asks to stop;
- violate the terms of Snapchat, xAI, Telegram, your link platform, or any applicable law, including consumer-protection and disclosure rules in your country.
We may revoke a license, without refund, if it's used in breach of this section.
4. Third-party platforms
Casper is not affiliated with or endorsed by Snap Inc., xAI, Telegram, Fanvue or Google. Automated use may conflict with a platform's terms and can lead to restrictions or loss of your account. You accept this risk. We do not guarantee any result, revenue or conversion rate.
5. Credits
- Casper is prepaid. Each AI request deducts credit based on the actual usage of that request; current rates are shown on the website and your usage is visible in the extension and on your account page.
- Credit has no cash value, can't be transferred between licenses except by us on request, and is kept for 12 months after your last use.
- When your balance reaches zero, the service pauses until you top up.
- We may change rates for future usage; credit you already bought is not affected retroactively.
6. Payments
- Prices are in USD. Card payments are processed by our payment partner and its on-ramp providers, which may require identity verification and charge their own fees.
- For crypto, send the exact amount on the network shown. Funds sent on the wrong network or in the wrong asset may be unrecoverable.
- Credit is added after the payment is confirmed. Nothing renews automatically.
7. Refunds
Unused credit from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days of that purchase, minus payment and network fees. Refunds are paid in crypto to an address you provide, or through the original payment channel where possible. Licenses revoked under section 3 are not refunded.
8. Disclaimer & liability
Casper is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for account restrictions, lost revenue, AI-generated content, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
